Cassidy Blake hasn't been home for Christmas in years.

As a Biomedical Engineer, Cassidy's job doesn't stop for the holidays, and adding in a now ex-boyfriend who's never liked Christmas, there was no way she could get home to celebrate her favourite time of year.

Now that she's single and has a little time up her sleeve, she hatches the brilliant plan to surprise her family for the holidays.

The week before, she checks into The Snowflake Inn, a cute and cosy Christmas themed B&B, in the next town over. It's a place she has been desperate to experience since she was a child, and it's everything she had hoped it would be and more.

She's just settling in, when a ghost from her past breezes in.

World famous rockstar, the sexy and magnetic, Asher Mills.

Her first love.

Seventeen years ago at the age of twenty-two, Asher and Cassidy went their separate ways, amicably, but heartbroken. Now, a snowstorm has them quite literally snowed in, and Cassidy and Asher discover that those old feelings of theirs, aren't really buried so deep after all.
