Refund policy

At The Tale Trade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer returns for store credit or exchange only within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, send the item(s) back to us in their original condition.

  3. Upon receipt and inspection, a store credit will be issued, or an exchange will be processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
