Vikkan Lantry, a pianist with more talent than ambition, is content with his job at an upscale cocktail lounge until a request from reclusive soprano draws him grudgingly back into the world of classical music. Peter Schaffter is a musician and writer. He graduated from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Music with the BMI Scholarship for excellence in composition and the Percy Faith Award. He lives in Toronto, Ontario.
