The Earth was suffering its final convulsion.
The seas rose without restraint, swallowing coastlines and cities alike. Storms no longer followed the seasons but arrived with relentless force, tornadoes tearing across the land, fire and flood side by side. The sky itself seemed to darken, thick with heat and ash as the balance that had sustained life for millennia gave way at last.
This was not a single catastrophe, but the culmination of many, unfolding all at once, leaving no place untouched and no certainty of survival.
Somewhere, someday, that memory may be found.
A record of what was.
A record of what was lost.
Earth did not just die...
it remembered.
