The President's young daughter, a drug user, is found brutally murdered. Moved by his guilt as an absent parent and anger at the growing number of deaths of young people from drug overdose, he launches a campaign in brutality equal to the ruthlessness of the drug lords. The president turns to a paramilitary force known as the "Darkmen." These guerilla fighters are former US special forces who have committed their lives to the executive to be called into action when all other public measures prove fruitless or by its very nature cannot be conducted using normal military forces.
