Author Biography

As a former Emmy award-winning journalist and NYT best seller, Wes Sarginson had a broadcasting career that spanned forty-six years. He anchored and reported first in Montgomery, Al, then Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pa.; Cleveland; Detroit; then in Washington D.C. two different times. He worked in Tampa, Fl. for ten years, then to Atlanta where he retired. Sarginson started "Wes Side Story", a successful daily feature, in Tampa and took it on to Atlanta where it continued to deliver a loyal audience. In addition to publishing a New York Times best selling nonfiction book on a famous bank robber, Sarginson has covered presidential campaigns; international events; and wrote and produced many documentaries. With his vast experience in covering a wide variety of news stories, most of which he has documented in over 40 journals, his stories and imagination are boundless. NYT best selling author, Dianna Love was one of his Wes Side Stories and that led to their collaboration in the Riley Walker series.
