by L. C. Lewis (Author)
And this be our motto, "In God is our trust."
Laurie (L.C.) Lewis was born and raised in rural Maryland, surrounded by history-rich Philadelphia, Washington, and Baltimore. It's also where she and her husband Tom raised their four children. In God Is Our Trust is Laurie's seventh published novel. Her other novels include Unspoken (2004), Awakening Avery (2010, as Laurie Lewis), and the previous four volumes in the FREE MEN and DREAMERS historical fiction series: Dark Sky at Dawn (2007), Twilight's Last Gleaming (2008), Dawn's Early Light (2009), and Oh, Say Can You See? (2010). Dark Sky at Dawn and Twilight's Last Gleaming were finalists in the 2008 USA Best Books competition. Oh, Say Can You See? was a 2010 Whitney Award finalist. Her newest release, "The Dragons of Alsace Farm," is set for November 2015. Laurie is a popular historical speaker and workshop presenter, and a member of the LDStorymakers. Laurie combines all her loves-LDS and American history, travel, family, and interesting locations-to produce family and historical dramas. In November of 2015, Laurie will launch "The Dragons of Alsace Farm," which merges World War II history with the dragon of dementia. The tagline for the book is" "Noah never had a childhood. Agnes is slipping back into hers." She loves hearing from her readers and may be contacted through her website, laurielclewis.com, on Twitter as laurielclewis, or on her blog, laurielclewis.blogspot.com.
