The mind is a powerful weapon... But what happens when it falls into the wrong hands?

Fairchild Academy is the most prestigious school in Manhattan, known for producing some of the brightest and most promising students. But beneath its shining exterior lies a sinister secret. Felicia Patterson, a top student, begins to experience terrifying "spells" that make her feel like a puppet, losing control of her thoughts, actions, and desires.

Unbeknownst to her, a dark force is at play, manipulating the minds of the students, turning them into unwilling pawns in a horrifying experiment. Felicia is not alone-she is just one of the many "Receivers" in the Academy.

Across the city, others begin to unravel the twisted truth: children aren't just learning at Fairchild; they are being groomed, manipulated, and controlled. As Felicia struggles against an unseen transmitter who wants to dominate her mind and body, she is forced into a fight for her sanity, her will, and ultimately, her life.

In Day Care, John A. Russo weaves a tale of psychological suspense, exploring how far humans will go to harness the power of the mind-and the horrifying consequences when it spirals out of control.
