Author Biography

Born in 1863, the real name of May Sinclair was Mary Amelia St Clair, an active suffragist, and member of the Woman Writers' Suffrage League. She was also a writer and during her life, she wrote many novels and short stories, including short ghost stories and tales of the uncanny.
