For millennia, perched on their lonely outpost in The Milky Way Galaxy, humans have looked up to the heavens with awe and wondered about their place in the Universe. Will they get to a time and place on the outside, looking in? Will this unfathomable expanse shrink and the overpowering loneliness end? They are about to find out. Keywords: science fiction, aliens, crop circles, space, hyperspace, UFO, abduction phenomenon.
The Author, an engineer and a high-tech entrepreneur in the Silicon Valley, wrote this book reluctantly when one fine morning in 1995, he woke up with the entire book in his head. For a few days, the hapless author-to-be staggered around not knowing what to do with the tale that had suddenly been dropped on him. A couple of weeks later, the author's wife took mercy on him and gave him permission to go ahead with this crazy and painful undertaking. One year later with no sleep, the project was finished and has since made its way across multiple generations of the author's laptops and thumb drives. Figuring that the story was given to him for a reason, the author recently decided to publish it. Unless he wakes up with another compelling tale in his head, the author has foresworn never again to write another book. It's not his day job!
