Andrew Connan has been a writer his entire adult life - it just took parenthood to make him realize that what he truly loved was writing adventure books for kids and teens. His first book, "Beyond the Rainbow Flash" from the Flash Traveler Series, began as stories he told his 10-year-old son Sam for amusement as they drove to school. Today, Sam's in college, but his dad - ever a kid at heart - continues to write thrilling adventure books for kids and teens.
